We offer free shipping on all domestic orders totaling $100 or more

All orders ship within 1–3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted or canceled

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at info@jomomoment.com

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays

AFTER HOURS

No orders are shipped after business hours (Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST), on weekends, or on holidays

MISSING PACKAGES

If you have not received your package or are experiencing delivery issues, please submit a request through [Contact Us](please submit a request through Contact Us or email us at info@jomomoment.com). Please note that filing a claim does not guarantee approval, as we are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. We are unable to replace or refund merchandise that has been confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please verify the shipping address, check for a notice of attempted delivery, or see if someone else accepted the package on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may be marked as "delivered" up to 36 hours before actual arrival

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are temporarily not offering international shipping, and only shipping within the USA

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of stains (such as deodorant or makeup), odors, and damage. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in "sellable condition," in their original packaging, and with manufacturer tags attached

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If a final sale item is returned, it will be sent back to the customer

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable customs and broker fees, as well as taxes and duties, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we declare the value of your order on the package. The release of your package is at the sole discretion of the customs agent. We have no control over possible customs delays once the package has left the U.S., nor can we influence the duties and fees charged by your country

By placing an order at Jomo Moment, you agree to pay the original shipping charges, all applicable customs fees and duties, and any return shipping costs. This also applies to any shipments that you refuse at the time of delivery
