Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help you with a return, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains (such as deodorant, makeup, or food stains), odors, fragrances, scuffs, tears, or snags
- All returned items must be in "sellable condition," with original tags attached and packaged in their original packaging
- Final Sale items or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Return Window
You may return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your package. Refunds will exclude any original shipping charges
Return Shipping Fees
- For returns processed for a refund, an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- You are welcome to use your own shipping label for returns, but we highly recommend selecting a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is successfully delivered. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for return

Processing
Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges, but you can organize a return. Before proceeding, please contact us, and we will try to find a solution
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as FINAL
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Gift Cards
- Final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
